Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact; our team will review your request and photos within 24-48 hours.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, a courier will be scheduled to pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for defective items.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
